Office Hours
The CIP is open Monday Monday through Friday, from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M., and Saturdays from 8 A.M. to 12 M. Each professional staff member maintains his or her independent schedules and is available various days and times.

For information about seeking treatment, please contact our office manager and secretary, Tracey Shosh. She is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and may be contacted either by telephone or e-mail directly. Our office manager will be able to answer most questions relating to payment, insurance reimbursement, scheduling appointments, referrals and information regarding professional records.

We are located at 1251 South Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 211-D Allentown PA, 18103. The Center is located directly across the Lehigh Valley Hospital at the junction of 309/I-78 and Cedar Crest Boulevard (Exit # 55) MAP
